Watch the movie if you haven't. Gives you a perfect example of someone going through the Live It To Be It process to transform into their True-Self to become a TRUEONE.
When you are 100% In-Line with your Tru-Self for 1 week then you will evolve into a better version of your self. You have to "Live It To Be It" and stay 100% In-Line with your True-Self so you can evolve into a better version of yourself after 1 week. Eventually you will evolve into your final form and transform into a TRUEONE.
1) Stop Living In-Line With Your Notone Self: You start this step by asking yourself "would my True-Self do this and why not?" and if the answer is no then you stop doing it.

2) Start Living 100% In-Line With Your True Self: After you stop living as your Notone self you want to 100% commit to living 100% In-Line with your True-Self. This is not easy at first.
It is very uncomfortable and can be kind of scary because you are stopping being someone who you have known your hole life to start trying to be someone you have never been before. I suggest making a gradual change by stopping 1 NOTONE thing at a time and replacing it with 1 new TRUEONE thing till you are 100% In-Line with your True-Self.
When you are 100% In-Line then it takes you less than half the effort to get twice the results. What used to take you 3 months or longer to achieve now you can achieve in 1 month or less because you are 100% In-Line with your True-Self.
Since you are operating at 100% MAXIMUM CAPABILITY you can achieve peak performance. This gives you the ability to get results twice as fast with half the effort.

3) Breakthrough Transformational Dilemmas: This is the biggest challenge you will face during your transformation process. It's when you are faced with 2 choices to make at the exact same time.
Choice 1 will be In-Line with your Notone self and out of line with your true self but it will feel very comfortable, safe, and certain because you have lived as this person for most of your life. Choice 2 will be out of line with your Notone self but inline with your True self but it will be very uncomfortable, scary, and uncertain because you are trying to live as someone you have never been before.
The dilemma is when you are faced with 2 decisions you have to make at the same time. The decisions would involve choosing how to think, feel, act, socialize, eat, train, and live. Decision A would be choosing to live In-Line with your Notone self and out of line with your True-Self. Decision B would be choosing to live out of line with your Notone self and 100% In-line with your True-self.
Sometimes people choose A + B which creates a "Inner Core Identity Conflict" which is what creates Paralysis Analysis. It's like putting in 100% of your effort to spin on a Mary Go Round but the only place you end up is right back where you started.
